Explanation

Dr Arifur Rehman Alvi was the President who dissolved Imran Khan's government. Mamnoon Hussain was a former president and not responsible for this dissolution. Asad Qaisar is not known to have dissolved the government in this context. Qasim suri is not the correct authority figure for dissolving the government.
