Terms of Service

By accessing or using prepbeepakistan.com or the PrepBeePakistan Android app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

PrepBeePakistan is a free MCQ practice platform for Pakistani competitive exams (FPSC, PPSC, NTS, CSS, PMS, and related government job tests), offering practice questions, mock tests, quiz modes, and job-update summaries. You can use most features as a guest, or create an account to save your progress, streaks, and history across devices.

We do our best to keep MCQs, explanations, syllabi, and job-update summaries accurate and current, but exam patterns, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and official notices can change. Always verify test dates, eligibility, fees, and application details on the official department or FPSC website before applying or appearing for a test. PrepBeePakistan is a practice and preparation aid, not an official or authoritative source, and we don't guarantee any particular exam outcome.

If you register an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You can also use the Service as an anonymous guest without an account, in which case progress is only saved locally for that session.

If you report an incorrect MCQ or submit a question through our submission form, you're granting PrepBeePakistan a license to review, edit, use, and publish that content as part of the platform's question bank. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or content that's offensive, misleading, or infringes someone else's intellectual property.

Don't scrape, mass-download, or use automated tools against the Service outside of normal browsing; don't attempt to manipulate quiz scores, streaks, or leaderboards; don't attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls; and don't use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The PrepBeePakistan name, logo, and platform design are our property. MCQ content is intended to be original, licensed, public-domain, user-submitted, or used with permission. Independent of the underlying facts, the question bank as curated on this Service — our selection, correction, categorization, and explanations — is original editorial work and our property; bulk extraction, mirroring, or republication of that compiled work is not permitted (see section 6). If you believe any content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at support@prepbeepakistan.com and we'll review it.

The Service links to official government and department websites (e.g. for job applications and official notices). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of those external sites.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in exam success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepBeePakistan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any content, job update, or exam-pattern information provided.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms or abuses the platform (e.g. spam reports, automated abuse, or attempts to compromise the Service).

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below will change whenever we make a revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
