The Islamabad High Court (IHC) is the court that set aside the notification regarding the property tax increase in the federal capital. The Peshawar High Court (PHC) deals with matters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is not relevant here. The Lahore High Court (LHC) handles cases for Punjab province, which is different from the federal capital. The Sindh High Court (SHC) has jurisdiction over the province of Sindh.
