Chief Justice Athar Minallah was not a member of the Special Court in General Musharif’s High Treason case. Chief Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth was a member of the court. Justice Nazar Akbar was also a member of the special court. Justice Shahid Karim was also a member of the special court.
