Tamgha-e-Imtiaz is the award conferred upon Mehwish Hayat. Sitara-e-Quaid-e-Azam is a different high honor. Tamgha-e-Shuja’at is an award for bravery. Tamgha-e-Pakistan is another distinct national award.
