Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the first person to hold the position of Deputy Prime Minister. Ishaq Dar has served in various roles but was not the first deputy PM. Begam Nusrat Bhutto held significant political roles but was not the first deputy PM. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was a later politician and did not hold this initial post.
