Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar was the leader of the TPC delegation that arrived in Islamabad on October 2, 2019. Akhtar Mansour was not the leader of this specific delegation. Hibatullah Akhundzada is known for a different role and was not the head of this group. Muhammad Rasul is not associated with leading this particular delegation.
