Explanation

Anwarul Haq Kakar was the first Interim Prime Minister of Pakistan to speak at the United Nations. Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi is not recognized as the first interim PM to speak there. Zafarullah Khan Jamali served later and was not the first. Shoukat Aziz served much later in Pakistani history.
