Muhammad Kazim Maisam is the correct leader of the opposition in the Gilgit Baltistan Assembly. Haji Jahanzeb is not currently known as the leader of the opposition. Capt (R) Muhammad Shafi is not the current leader of the opposition. Capt (R) Sikandar Ali is not the current leader of the opposition.
