Explanation

Haemoglobin is the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen and gives blood its red color. Neutrophils are a type of white blood cell and do not determine blood color. Eosinophils are another type of white blood cell and do not determine blood color. Hematocrit measures the volume percentage of red blood cells, not the source of the color.
