Explanation

The aorta connects to the left ventricle because it carries oxygenated blood pumped out of the heart. The right ventricle pumps blood into the pulmonary artery, not the aorta. The right auricle receives deoxygenated blood from the body via the superior vena cava. The left auricle receives oxygenated blood from the lungs via the pulmonary veins.
