Explanation

CT-Scan uses ionizing radiation and delivers significantly higher doses than the other listed modalities. Ultrasound does not use ionizing radiation. MRI uses magnetic fields and radio waves, not ionizing radiation. X-Ray generally provides lower doses compared to a full CT scan.
