Explanation

Both the Parathyroid and Thyroid glands regulate calcium levels. The Parathyroid gland is primarily responsible for direct regulation via PTH, while the Thyroid gland regulates it indirectly through calcitonin. Adrenal medulla does not play a primary role in blood calcium regulation.
