Explanation

The National League for Democracy (NLD) is a well-known political party from Myanmar. Egypt has its own major political parties and does not have an NLD by this name. Syria's main opposition or political groups are named differently than the NLD. Turkey has different prominent political parties, none of which are known as the NLD.
