Suleiman ruled during the 16th century and is famous for his reign. Mehmat was an earlier ruler of the Ottoman Empire. Selim also ruled but Suleiman's period is most associated with peak 16th-century power. Usman was another historical figure, but Suleiman is the best fit for this time frame.
