Ashraf Ghani won the Presidential elections in Afghanistan in December 2019. Abdullah Abdullah was a major rival but did not win this election. Mohammad Salem is not listed as the winner of those specific elections. Maqsood Alam was not the winner of the Presidential elections in December 2019.
