Libra was the name of the cryptocurrency project Facebook planned to launch in 2020. Ripple XRP is a different digital asset used for payments between financial institutions. Litecoin is an older, separate cryptocurrency that was not launched by Facebook. Bullcoin does not match the known cryptocurrency project launched by Facebook around that time.
