Explanation

Italy was ranked the healthiest country on earth according to the Bloomberg Global Health Index in 2017. Spain was not the top-ranked country for that index. Switzerland did not hold the top spot in the 2017 ranking. Luxembourg was also not the highest-ranking country listed.
