Explanation

Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the first person to hold the position of Deputy Prime Minister. Ishaq Dar has served in various roles but was not the first DPM. Begam Nusrat Bhutto held different significant positions but not as the first DPM. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was a later politician and did not hold this initial role.
