Explanation

Hazrat Fatima (RA) was the first daughter of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Hazrat Ruqayah (RA) was another daughter but not the first. Hazrat Umme Kulsom (RA) was also a daughter but not the first. Hazrat Zainab (RA) was a granddaughter, not a direct daughter.
