Explanation

Hazrat Fatima (RA) is widely recognized as the eldest daughter of Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Hazrat Zainab (RA) was a granddaughter. Hazrat Umme Kulsom (RA) was not listed as one of his daughters in standard historical accounts. Hazrat Ruqayah (RA) was another daughter, but Hazrat Fatima (RA) is generally considered the primary answer for the first or most prominent daughter mentioned in this context.
