Tahleel literally means recitation of the declaration of faith (Shahada), which is best represented by Quranic recitations. Kalimahs are specific phrases but not the general meaning of Tahleel. Namaz refers to the ritual prayer, not a recitation type. Surah is a chapter from the Quran, not the act of recitation itself.
