Rajab-ul-Murajab is the month traditionally associated with the first revelation. Safr is not the correct month for the first revelation according to Islamic tradition. Rabi-ul-Sani is a different month in the Islamic calendar. Ramzan-ul-Mubarik is known for fasting, but it is not the month of the first Wahi.
