Sin (س) is generally cited as one of the least frequent letters in the Quran. Alif (ا) is extremely common because it represents a long vowel sound or an article. Ghain (غ) is also relatively uncommon but often more frequent than Sin. Zoan (ظ) is less frequently used compared to other options.
