Explanation

Shah Waliullah is widely considered the second Mujaddid after Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Ibn-e-Taimya's association with this title is not primary. Imam Ghizali and Ahmad Sirhindi are important Islamic scholars but are generally not recognized as the second in this specific sequence of Mujaddids.
