Munafiq is the correct term for one who outwardly claims belief but inwardly rejects it. Kafir refers to a non-believer in general. Murtad means someone who apostatizes from Islam after believing. Zindeeq generally refers to an enemy or deceiver, but not specifically this internal hypocrisy.
