Explanation

Idol worship was the most widespread religious practice among Arab tribes before Islam. Fire worship was practiced by some groups but was not the biggest religion overall. Stars worship is a form of polytheism, but idol worship was more dominant. Sun worship existed but was less pervasive than general idol worship.
