Eligibility
Candidates must apply against their own domicile district, and the eligible district list differs by office - see the district lists in the posts section above. Age relaxation is given in accordance with prevailing rules. In case of a foreign degree an HEC equivalence certificate must be provided. A separate application must be submitted for each post.

Selection and Important Conditions
All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website, print the E-Sahulat token and get their CNIC number verified from a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. Appointments are made in accordance with the rules of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All eligible candidates are provisionally allowed to sit the screening test, and a candidate found ineligible during scrutiny by the competent authority is declared ineligible for the post or project. Only shortlisted candidates are called for interview. Interview notification is given by SMS, so candidates must keep their phone active. Eligibility and age are determined in accordance with prevailing rules, incomplete applications and applications received after the due date are not considered, and no TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview.
How to Apply
Create a profile on the ETEA website, print the E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC number verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without that verification you cannot apply for any post. Apply online at https://www.etea.edu.pk/, print the generated deposit slip and pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easy paisa, an agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank (the advertisement does not print the fee amount). Keep the bank-stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip and do not share it. Do not send documents or testimonials to the ETEA office at this stage - they are requested later from candidates who qualify the screening test. Roll number slips are downloaded from the ETEA website after an SMS notification, so do not use a ported or converted mobile number, and no separate call letter is issued by post or courier.
