Eligibility
Applicants must be permanent residents or domicile holders of District Mansehra. For the minority-quota seats, permanent residents of Hazara Division are eligible. The upper age limit is calculated as on 01-01-2026 and age relaxation may be granted as per prevailing rules. Government employees must apply through the proper channel with permission and must upload an NOC. Non-degree or equivalent qualifications need an HEC Equivalency Certificate.

District Mansehra domicile or permanent residence; minority-quota seats are open to permanent residents of Hazara Division.
Selection and Important Conditions
Candidates are provisionally allowed into the ETEA screening test, and detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority voids the appointment of anyone found ineligible at any stage. Candidates who qualify the ETEA test are called for the written/oral test, whose date is announced later on the website. Original certificates must be produced at the interview. All posts are governed by rules issued by the Peshawar High Court and the provincial government and are purely on a temporary basis. The competent authority may change, amend or cancel the advertisement, or increase or decrease the number of posts. No TA/DA is admissible for the test or interview.
How to Apply
Create a profile on the ETEA website, print the E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk) - without that verification no application can be submitted. Then apply online at https://www.etea.edu.pk/ against ETEA project 854 and pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the payment channel shown on the deposit slip (the advertisement does not print the fee amount). Roll number slips are downloaded from the ETEA website after an SMS notification, so keep your SIM active, do not use a ported or converted mobile number, and do not expect a separate call letter by post or courier.
